As someone diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis, I used to suffer constantly from extremely stiff, achy knees and lower back pain on a regular basis. As a young woman, and even through my early adulthood, I was plagued with constant soreness and bone on bone pain in my knees that kept me sidelined from activities I loved. Playing with my grandkids? Forget it. Salsa dancing with my husband? The pain kept me off the dance floor.
I tried everything to manage my condition – physical therapy, knee braces, pain relievers, massages – you name it. Nothing worked for me. I Tested Heaven Patches Out Myself - Did They Live Up to the Hype?

I kept a daily journal, and wrote down some notes on my progression while wearing these knee relief patches:
